Oniru is a neighbourhood in the spectacular Victoria Island area of Lagos. It’s a highbrow neighbourhood with serene and clean surrounding, made up of apartments with state-of-the-art designs. The Oniru area is one of the most sought after locations for property acquisition in Lagos. Many people prefer the area when making plans on where to reside in Lagos, also several companies have offices around the area.
The Oniru estate is located in the neighbourhood. It is a gated community with a clean and attractive environment. The roads within are interlocked and there are drainage channels on both sides. There are green areas in front of most houses within the estate. Remarkably, the palace of the King of Oniru can be found in the estate.
There are several smaller estates spread across the estate. Notable amongst them are Crown Court Estate (1 & 2), Mabel’s Court, Tofarati Court, Crescent Park Estate, Philipanni Court, Demville Court and a host of others.
Security in the estate is fairly reliable as it is gated, with security men stationed at the gate. The smaller estates within are also gated with restricted entrance to non-residents.
